Judge’s Assistant Sign-Up
Judge’s Assistant Sign-up: Take some time to sign up to help with a project area at the county fair. We need judge’s assistants! Adults and responsible youth should sign up. Generally, this role involves assisting the judge with paperwork while they complete consultation judging, placing ribbons, and arranging the public display. County Fair Shirt Orders

- Online Order Option: There is an online order option. You will pay the vendor directly, so by ordering online you must pay sales tax. They will print the shirt when the full order is processed. Do not select shipping unless you want to pay shipping expenses. Open Class Information: You can find the information and forms for entering in the Lincoln County Fair’s Open Class on the Fair Board’s website at https://ks497.cichosting.com/main/community/fair-board.

Join the Lincoln County Fair Board: The Fair Board is in need of members. Meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. If interested, the Extension Office can connect you with fair board member contact information.

4-H/FFA Livestock and Animal Entry Forms
Complete one form for EACH exhibitor. Each species has a different form.
Note: You can type or handwrite to complete the forms. The form will easily print if you want to handwrite. If you want to type, do a save as of the document before beginning your work so you will not lose your information.
*First year bucket calves need to be born January 1, 2024 or after to be eligible. We apologize this was a mis-print in the fair book.
